Lean Mean Mixed Berry Machine

Yield: 16 oz.Untitled

8 oz. (1 cup) frozen mixed berries
6 oz. plain nonfat Greek
1 banana, sliced
1 cup of favorite milk
(skim, soy, almond etc.)
Honey to taste
1. Add all ingredients except for honey to a blender or food processor.
Blend until desired smoothie texture and consistency is achieved.
2. Taste and add honey if necessary for sweetness.
