1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup chia seeds
2TBS maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract 1 pinch salt
1/2 cup milk of choice
Mix until smooth
Refrigerate 12 hours
Top with your favorite toppings (berries, choc chips, granola, etc..)
