Turkey and Hummus Pinwheels

Ingredients listed are for 1 wrap, makes about 8 pinwheels.



1 Flatout multi-grain or whole wheat wrap

3 Tbsp. hummus

1-2 Tbsp. plain nonfat Greek yogurt

3 slices turkey (low sodium)

Small handful of baby spinach

2 slices red bell pepper

2 Tbsp. shredded carrot

2 petite dill pickles, slice in half lengthwise



  1. Smear about half of the tortilla with hummus and Greek yogurt.
  2. Lining all the ingredients on the edge closest to you, place the turkey slices, spinach, red bell pepper, carrot, and pickles.
  3. Carefully roll the pinwheel, starting with the edge closest to you and rolling away from your body.
  4. Hold the pinwheel in place with about 9 toothpick, placed ½ – 1 inch apart. Cut off both ends. Slice in-between the toothpicks with a sharp, serrated knife, about 8-9 ½ – 1 inch slices.
  5. Serve chilled.
