Greek Yogurt “Ranch” Dip

Ingredients:

2 cups non-fat plain Greek yogurt (or a 16 oz container)
1 packet of ranch dip powder (read the labels for the lowest sodium option available!)
1/2 lemon, juiced

Directions:

Combine all ingredients together, and stir until smooth.

The protein in Greek yogurt helps you recover from exercise and maintain muscle. Consuming Vitamin C in the lemon juice can help keep your skin looking young and also fights against colds!
